Adhesive bonding of inductance transformer

  1. Structure of Inductive Transformer

    • Inductive transformers are usually composed of iron cores, coil windings, skeletons, terminals, and other components. The iron core is generally made of silicon steel sheets or ferrite materials, the coil winding is made of enameled wire, the skeleton is used to support the coil, and the terminals are used for electrical connection.

    • These components need to maintain a stable relative position during operation to ensure the electrical performance and mechanical stability of the inductive transformer.

  2. Adhesive requirements

    • Bonding of iron core and skeleton: Ensure that the iron core is fixed inside the skeleton to prevent displacement due to vibration during operation.

    • Adhesive bonding between coil and skeleton: firmly attach the coil to the skeleton to avoid loosening or displacement of the coil, which may affect the inductance value and electrical performance.

    • Connection between terminals and coils: Although welding is sometimes used, in some cases, adhesives can also be used to assist in fixing and enhance the reliability of the connection.
